Biscotti isn't a flavour, it's a method: bake the loaf, rest it, slice it on the bias, bake it again until it snaps clean and holds its shape in whatever you dunk it into. It was invented for travellers who needed something that survived the journey — the most Roveshots thing we could possibly bake.

So we stood it in a bowl of açaí. Frozen pulp blended thick enough to hold a spoon upright, a proper footed bowl instead of a paper cup, and the biscotti leading every single build. Açaí is the base. Biscotti is the point.
